In the Cedarberg, on the banks of the Doring River, Oudrif provides accommodation in stylish straw bale cottages, for people who relish peace and quiet and being close to nature. Spring provides natures bounty in the biggest outdoor flower display in the world. The river provides ample opportunity for paddling, swimming, fishing and sun bathing on secluded beaches.
Oudrif’s history can be traced from early Stone Age artifacts to Bushmen rock art and from stories of the Boer War to the present day lodge and white water rafting.

Accommodation at Oudrif is provided in five en-suite Straw bale cottages each accommodating two people. The straw bale cottages are constructed using environmentally sound principles, including the use of timber from invasive trees, recycled fittings and solar power for lighting.
